La Hacienda Grande features six spacious, well appointed rooms with beamed viga ceilings and comfortable beds. We have a wonderful dining room where meeting people is encouraged. We have a large 13ft x 40ft open-air covered patio looking out at our central courtyard. Three rooms open onto the courtyard, two onto the alcove that leads onto the courtyard. One room opens into the Hacienda itself. Our daily hardy breakfast features fresh southwestern flavored foods. We strive to make your stay memorable and fun.

All rooms have an iron and ironing board, soaps and shampoos, and a hair dryer.

No gift certificates or cupons may be used during Balloon Festival, all Holidays or three day weekends.

We are sorry we must now charge an extra 1% of the total bill for the use of AMEX cards.

SUITES

We have two rooms in which the door between them may be opened and used as a suite, especially if you have children. One set of rooms are Cochiti and Sandia in which the connecting door can be opened. Sandia has a queen and a double bed and Cochiti has a King bed.

The other rooms that can be opened as a suite are Mescalaro and Cochiti. They are both kings. Again the connecting door can be opened as a suite. Each room has it's own bathroom.

Privacy and Comfort

Private baths are in each room. We use evaporative coolers to cool the Hacienda in the summer. Fireplaces are available in all of our rooms but Sandia (Nov. - March).

A TV can be placed in your room by request. There is a phone and internet access in the common area for our guests to use (local, 800 and internet). Wireless internet is accessable in the dinning room, on the patio or out back with the Llams.

Safe for the Single Traveler

Located away from the congestion of Albuquerque and Santa Fe, La Hacienda Grande provides a safe haven for the single traveler; a country setting where you can walk alone without worrying about your personal safety. Melody is the mother hen and looks after and checks up on our single travelers.

A Place for Business Travelers

Business travelers will find all the conveniences they require. A fax service is available for a small fee and we can accommodate hooking you up to the Internet. We will be happy to give corporate or government rates. If you need an area for meetings with your clients or co-workers that can be arranged as well.

La Hacienda Grande is also available for weddings, retreats, informal meetings, private parties and is a great place for a family reunion if everyone is wanting to meet in a central place from all over the states. Feel free to contact Melody and Troy with any questions you have 800-353-1887.

Pet Friendly

We are Pet Friendly, but we will ask what kind and size of pet you have. We have only three rooms to accommodate cats and dogs. We have a great area of 1 acre for your canine frends to romp and jump and be happy. We do require a wavier of responsibility and is expected to be signed. Dogs must be leashed on the Hacienda proper. We do not charge extra at this time for your pet to be here.
