At La Hacienda Grande we offer extensive wedding packages:

• Up to 100 guests in the central courtyard and with possible overflow to back court yard 110 guests.
• Free parking for all your guests
• A parking attendant to direct guests
• Tables and chairs can be provided for up to 100 guests
• Linens can also be included; We can do most of the work: Set-up of all the chairs and tables and linens, tear-down of all chairs-tables and linens, clean up should be done by the caterer which should include all place sittings but we will assist, we also dispose of the garbage. A list of other services are available for Florists, caterers, photographers etc.; Daytime Wedding Packages are usually available from 11am to 5pm, pricing depends on the amount of guests.; Evening Wedding Packages are usually available from 4pm to10pm pricing depends on the amount of guests.; Then there is the Full Hacienda Package that will save you time and money.we have six rooms so your relatives or frends can stay with you at the Hacienda for 1 or 2 nights.; Each package depends on how many guests you are planning on having. From 1-10 guests for an intimate wedding at $225.00 (which includes the officiant performing your ceremony) to the whole Hacienda for up to 150 or so guests as well as having relatives staying for two nights is about $3,300.00.

Daytime and Evening Weddings - SPRING, SUMMER AND FALL

Daytime Weddings are usually from 11 AM to 5 PM and can include 4 hours changing time for the bride in our Bridal Suite San Felipe. The ceremony is at our Arbor in our landscaped front yard (which blooms in May). Your Reception in the Courtyard accommodates up to 110 of your guests with the rest being accommodated in our second courtyard area.

Evening Weddings are from 4 PM to 10 PM and are magical with the lights twinkling in the Courtyard.

For Summer and Spring weddings included are 1+ acres of premises to use for some great pictures. Our large front yard is landscaped to have the wedding service. The Lady Bank's Rose Arbor is made to have a Unity candle ceremony under it with you both standing just outside the Arbor to give each other your vows. With Sandia as a backdrop, you'll get beautiful pictures. We normally do not have receiving lines but your guests will be with you in the courtyard so they won't miss being able to hug and congratulate you. You will have your buffet style reception come through the dinning room to be seated in the central courtyard. Your gift table is in our common room and easily reachable and your guest book is outside for more room. We also have a private restroom for your guests. With the Full Hacienda Package there are 6 rooms for your out-of-town guests for 1 or 2 nights as well as the Rehearsal the night before. It can include the Bridal suite (San Felipe) where the Bride and her attendants can change it then can become the Honeymoon suite if you'd like to stay. We may be simple and rustic but we dress up beautifully. Check the Innkeepers Home page to see more pictures.

Small Winter Weddings Available

Winter daytime weddings are very similar to the Spring/Summer/Fall Daytime Weddings, with the exception of weather and cold. BUT, even that can be overcome. We can accommodate up to 25 guests for an indoor wedding, with the Bride and Groom having the ceremony in front of the Common Room Kiva with the guests standing as witnesses also for the reception in the common room and dinning room. We can put you in touch with someone who can tent up and heat the patio as well as part of the courtyard and then we can accommodate up to 80 guests when it is tented.

It makes for a magical environment in the winter.
